Our Softie DK yarn is single ply construction which makes it exquisitely soft and squishy. Composed of 100% superwash merino, this lovely yarn creates a gorgeous fabric suitable for anything from hats to sweaters and will keep you warm through the cold winter months. The yarn takes up the natural dyes very well, resulting in good strong colour combinations.
The colourways are named after Lake District fells.
All our yarns are hand dyed with natural dyes and there will be variations between skeins, so if you are using more than one skein for your project we suggest you alternate skeins every couple of rows.

Washing instructions
Hand wash in lukewarm water using a pH neutral detergent. Do not leave to soak as dye may run. Some dye may bleed out on the first couple of washes with darker dyes. Roll up in a towel to remove excess water and dry flat.
